Are you passionate about crafting immersive gameplay experiences and designing levels that create unforgettable player experiences?
At Supermassive Games, we’re building unforgettable worlds and stories – and we need a Senior Designer who can help shape the player’s journey through them. So, whether you’re a seasoned Level Designer or are a strong mid-level ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you.

- Block out gameplay in white-box levels and guide them to final polish with artists and programmers
- Collaborate closely across disciplines—art, animation, programming, narrative—to ensure cohesive and cinematic experiences
- Integrate story elements into gameplay in partnership with narrative designers
- Drive cross-discipline reviews and post-mortems, sharing insights and elevating team standards
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of growth and creativity
What we’re looking for:
- A deep understanding of gameplay flow, game logic systems, and level design principles
- Hands-on experience with white-boxing, prototyping, and visual scripting (Unreal Engine expertise essential)
- A strong grasp of puzzle design and how to balance gameplay for different player skill levels
- Experience working on published titles (ideally more than one), with a proven ability to iterate based on feedback
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines
- A passion for storytelling through gameplay
