Got a knack for keeping things moving and a passion for how games get made? We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term contract available immediately through to the end of July to help keep our production engine running smoothly.
Based at our studio in Guildford, you’ll be working closely with our producers to make sure the team has what it needs, when it needs it, whether that’s keeping Jira in good shape, flagging blockers early, or making sure the right people have the right information.
This is a fixed-term contract role, based onsite in Guildford, available for an immediate start until July 31st!.
Here’s just a snippet of what you’ll be up to:
- Keep Jira and other project management tools up to date, tasks, deadlines, milestones, all of it
- Liaise with producers across the team to support coordination and keep things aligned
- Make sure resources are identified and available in good time
- Organise and facilitate team check-ins, meetings and updates
- Create and maintain project documentation: status reports, meeting notes, action logs
- Act as a communication bridge across production teams keeping information flowing quickly and accurately
- Spot potential bottlenecks early and flag or suggest solutions before they become problems
- Support onboarding of new team members with clear documentation and resources
- Assist with general production admin as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a production role within a games studio or similar environment
- Solid working knowledge of Jira - this one is essential!
- A genuine understanding of game development workflows and how production teams operate
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A clear communicator, written and verbal, who keeps people in the loop without being asked
- Proactive by nature: you’re already thinking about what could go wrong and how to avoid it
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across disciplines and adjusting to change
