I’ve become stuck when Chris is in the Hanging Shed.
This is addressed in Update 1.0.3. Quit the game and then select Continue to carry on from a safe position.
I’ve become stuck when Ashley is in the tunnels to the Sanatorium.
This is addressed in Update 1.0.3. If your current save game is affected by this issue, it will be fixed after you reload the save game.
The sound has become slowed down and distorted in Episode 9.

The speech in the game is very muffled through my TV or headphones.
Channel configuration is generally automatic for HDMI, but is always manual for optical output. Unfortunately, some HDMI equipment deliberately misrepresents its native channel configuration, and then intentionally downmixes or discards the extra channels.
Please see this guide for information on how to fix this issue.
I cannot find the bonus content that my pre-order promised.
To access the bonus materials, you should redeem the code found inside physical copies in the PlayStation Store before starting a New Story.
If you downloaded the title from the store, it is automatically added to the game.
I didn't pre-order the game, is there any way for me to access the bonus content?
Unfortunately the bonus chapter was a pre-order exclusive. There are currently no plans to make it available as DLC.
On the box it says I can use a PlayStation Move controller to play the game, but I cannot get it to work.
This is a misprint in a small run of packaging in Europe. Until Dawn does not support PlayStation Move.
Why doesn’t Until Dawn have [X Feature]?

I’m in Canada and I cannot get the game to display in French.
At the moment we have this workaround. On a retail disc when the system language is set to French (Canada), the game only boots in English.
To access the French language, switch the system language to French (France).
The game has paused on a black screen with a message saying that it is reinstalling data.
This can happen if you quit out of the game a short time after starting to play it for the first time.
This is normal behavior and the game will resume once the data has been reinstalled.
